This year’s cherry and flowering trees will reach peak bloom faster than last year because the warmer weather in east coast. New York City
Central Park – If you prefer stay in the city, then definitely schedule your NYC cherry blossoms engagement session with us at Central Park. We are very familiar with this park and know all the good and secret engagement photo locations in Central Park. During the spring, the park is very beauitful with Kwanzan Cherry, Yoshino Cherry, colorful flowers, trees, and plants everywhere. You can rent a bicycle for prop or have a small picnic under the flowering trees. For spring to summer, we highly recommend the sunrise session during weekdays as the Bethesda Terrace, Bethesda Fountain, Bow Bridge, the Mall / Literary Walk, the Conservatory Garden are pretty empty in early mornings. New Jersey
Branch Brook Park – Located in Newark, Branch Brook Park has one of the largest cherry blossoms in the NJ area. This year the 2016 Essex County Cherry Blossom festival will be 4/9/16 to 4/24/16. Unlike the Tidal Basin area in Washington Dc, the blossoms at this park are spread throughout various spots. You can park near the center of the park and take your NJ cherry blossoms engagement photos along the river.

Jersey City and Hoboken – You will find flowering trees near Paulus Hook area and also Frank Sinatra pathway in Hoboken. Not all of them are cherry blossoms, but during the spring, the flowering trees at those area share similar beauty and colors, which make a great backdrop for spring engagement photography in North Jersey waterfront cities. Paulus Hook park and Frank Sinatra park also have panoramic non-obstructed view of the NYC skyline, so both locations offer variety of scenaries for your engagement session with our NJ wedding photographers.

Washington DC
DC Tidal Basin – DC tidal basin is a wonderful area to oberve cherry blooming and to take cherry blossoms engagement pictures. For couples who want to take advantage of the peak bloom, try to avoid weekends as it’ll be super crowded with tourists and festivities. Try to take your DC cherry blossom engagement photos near Potomac East River Park, not only you will find plenty of flowering trees blossoming along the river and bike path, it’s also a quieter area to get the photos without too many people in the background.

Philadelphia
Fairmount Park – Our Philadelphia engagement photographers can also take you to the City of Brotherly Love for some Philly engagement photography. Fairmount Park philly offers an execellent option for the photo session. Start off at Boathouse Row, you can rent a bike  ( a cool engagement photo prop! ) and have the pictures along the bike path with cherry blossoms in the background. Avoid weekends or sunset hours because the park will be packed with tourists and locals biking, jogging and execersing. Morning photo session near the Art Museum is an good option for this area. Along Kelly Drive – Similar to the waterfront engagement photos in North Jersey, there are also flowering trees in pink, red, yellow, magenta, white along Kelly Drive.
